Headed by Ron Gade MD, former President and CEO of St. Barnabas Hospital, The Gade Group was established in 2004 to provide consultative services to the health care industry.
The Gade Group is experienced in every facet of hospital management and offers a full range of consultative services and interim management solutions including, but not limited to, hospital restructuring, continuation or alteration of an existing restructuring process, strategic planning, as well as the analysis of the individual components of a hospital or healthcare network.
