Joseph ErrigoJoseph A. Errigo joined Park Strategies, LLC as a Vice President in May 2011. Mr. Errigo will be working out of Park Strategies’ Buffalo and Albany offices and will focus on economic development and state and local government issues.
Prior to joining Park Strategies, Mr. Errigo served ten years in the New York State Assembly, representing the 130th District of New York.
During his tenure in the Assembly, Mr. Errigo sat on various committees including Banking, Transportation, Economic Development and Job Creation, and Commerce and Industry. He was the Ranking Member on the Children and Family Committee.
In 2006, Mr. Errigo played a crucial role in securing a New York State Empire Zone for Livingston County which brought Barilla America, the nation’s number-one pasta producer and a multi-million dollar business, to Avon, N.Y.
Prior to his election to the New York State Assembly, in 1998, Governor Pataki appointed Mr. Errigo as Livingston County Commissioner to the Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority. He served here for 20 months and oversaw a $42 million budget.
He spent the earlier part of his career with the State of New York Court system in Supreme, County, Family and Surrogate Courts.
Mr. Errigo is a proud business owner and has created several small businesses.
Mr. Errigo resides in Livingston County with his wife, Kathy. They have three children and six grandchildren.
